Terms of Service

  1. This offer is not retroactive. You will only be eligible for the 2 months credit for those friends you refer that are not already Vonage customers.
  2. This offer is non-transferable and not redeemable in cash. If you cancel your Vonage service prior to using the full credit the credit is forfeited.
  3. Your account must be in good standing at the time of making the referral and receiving the credit in order for you to be eligible for the credit.
  4. Only e mail referrals using our website are eligible for this offer. Referrals made in any other manner, including verbal referrals or standard e mails, are not eligible for the offer.
  5. In order to qualify for the credit on your account, your friend must sign up for the Vonage services within thirty (30) days of the e mail being sent. After thirty (30) days the referral is no longer valid for the promotion.
  6. In the case of multiple referrals for the same person, only the friend whose name appears in the enrolling person's application will be eligible for the credit
  7. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing personal relationship.
  8. This offer is subject to change or discontinuation without notice.
  9. This offer is not open to employees of Vonage, or its affiliated companies, immediate family members of any such employees and all others with whom any of the forgoing are domiciled.
  10. Vonage is not responsible for any lost communications, interrupted connections, miscommunications, failed transmissions, technical failure, computer viruses, or any other computer error that affects a person's participation in this promotion or affects their computer equipment.
  11. Persons found tampering with or abusing this offer will be disqualified from participation.
  12. Vonage Canada Refer-A-Friend Offer valid in Canada Only.
